How does the program work?
This program focuses on specific language skills that influence your ability to communicate clearly. You will work on speech patterns and habits of your English pronunciation and communication skills that affect other people's ability to understand you with a focus on Australian English. The aim is to help you to be a more effective speaker of English.
Your program is designed to meet your individual needs.
Will I be expected to attend class?
You can study the coursework from any location. The course consists of online coursework plus one-to-one coaching (live one-to-one coaching sessions are held via Zoom). Coaching sessions can be held weekly or fortnightly.
Are Zoom sessions as effective as 'in person' training?
Yes they are. These coaching sessions are 'live training sessions'. Your coach is watching you and listening to you continuously during your private sessions, focusing on the areas where you need to improve. Past comparisons of assessments show no difference in terms of the results students achieve.
Will there be an assessment with this course?
Yes we will assess you at the beginning of your course. Your course is then custom designed to suit your particular needs.
Will I be expected to do homework?
To achieve the best results you will need to practice. In fact, the amount of practice you do is vital to your success. To modify your accent requires hard work and dedication. To achieve the greatest possible improvement, we suggest you practice daily using the homework you will be provided. Our program is well structured and you will receive all the information you will need to practice on a daily basis.
What improvement can I expect from completing this course?

Can I have my one-to-one coaching sessions after work or on weekends?
The answer is yes. The one-to-one coaching sessions are designed to meet the needs and time constraints of our clients and are conducted according to your availability, location, preferences and job related requirements.
What if I want additional one-to-one coaching?
If you would like to organise extra private one-to-one coaching sessions, you can arrange these at any time throughout your course.
I have to go on holidays for a few weeks. Can I put my course on hold?
If your course will be interrupted if you are going away or unable to attend, just let us know in advance and we can put your course on hold until you return. This course is very flexible and we will accommodate your needs as much as possible in order to help you to successfully complete your training.
Some people are a little apprehensive when committing to a new course and we are often asked if we have trial sessions. We would like to assist you as much as possible to ensure you are happy with your decision to study with us and that it suits your requirements. Therefore we will offer you a refund of the remainder of the course fee if you are unhappy with your first coaching session.

Can I claim the course as a tax deduction?

Therefore the actual cost of the course to you will be considerably reduced.
Can I pay the course in installments?
Yes. We understand that paying course fees upfront can be difficult, that's why we offer Installment Plans to help students to study the course of their choice. Simply tell us which course option you would like to enrol in and we can advise the installment options available.
