Q: What is the advantage of learning English with Australia English Institute?

A: We offer you private 1:1 or 2:1 language learning with your own fully qualified teacher. You have the opportunity to live and learn with your teacher, so you will learn both in lessons and also outside of lesson time. You participate in the day to day life, go on excursions and have a total language immersion learning experience. We give you care and attention with private and personalised courses that give you good results in a short period of time.

 

Q: What are the ages of students who attend courses?

A: We accept students from 16 – 75 years of age.

 

Q: How long are the courses and when do they start?

A: We have 1, 2, 3, 4 week courses, or longer if you require. You can start at any time throughout the year.

 

Q: What level of language skill do I need?

A: We accept all levels from beginners to advanced.

 

Q: Can I study with a family member or a friend?

A: Yes, you can study two students to one teacher 2:1 as well as 1:1.

 

Q: Can I choose my teacher?

A: After we receive your booking, we will carefully match you with an experienced and qualified teacher who is able to meet your needs and shares your interests. We believe that the choice of teacher is a very important aspect toward the success of your studies, therefore we will choose the most appropriate teacher for you.

 

Q: What happens after lessons each day?

A: You will have the opportunity to participate in the day to day life of your host family. You can do activities, have time for private study or go on an excursion with your teacher. You will have plenty of time for sightseeing to explore the local area. Two excursions per week are included in the course fee. Your teacher can organise additional activities and excursions if you require.

 

Q: How will I get to my teacher’s home?

A: We can arrange to meet you at the airport on your arrival and take you back to the airport when the course is finished. Just tell us when you book and we will organize this for you.

 

Q: Are all meals provided?

A: Yes, you will receive 3 meals per day whilst at home during your homestay (excluding excursions).

 

Q: Should I take out travel and medical insurance?

A: Yes, you must have your own travel and medical insurance before leaving your country.

 

Q: If I need a visa, do you arrange this for me?

A: Visas are the responsibility of the student. You can apply for a range of visas at your nearest Australian Consulate. If you require any general assistance with visas after you have made a course booking, we would be happy to help you as much as possible.

 

Q: What support does Australia English provide?

A: Australia English provides 24 hour support for you during your stay. We are available to contact if you require help with any aspect of your stay. We make every effort to ensure your experience with us is successful and gives you many years of happy memories.
