Australia English Institute of Communication (AEIOC) shall endeavour to place the student with the most suitable teacher. 

AEIOC reserves the right to expel any student, for theft, any criminal offence or unacceptable behaviour (without refund).  AEIOC reserves the right to allocate a student with more than one teacher, or change the teacher before, on or during a course.    

 

Payment

All courses must be paid for in full prior to commencement.   

 

Date and Time Changes

Date and time changes to lessons may be permitted with a minimum of 48 hours notice (subject to availability).  Any changes made within 48 hours of scheduled lesson times, will not be permitted.  Non-attendance to scheduled lessons will result in forfeit of that lesson.

 

Cancellations

Any notice of cancellation or change to the course must be made in writing to Australia English Institute of Communication. Any changes made after relevant documentation has been issued will incur an additional fee.

 

Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable.

If written notice of cancellation is made 28 days or more before the date of commencement, 85% of fees will be refunded (excluding the registration fee). After this time the following refunds will apply:- between 28 – 15 days prior to the start date 70% of total fees will be refunded (excluding the registration fee); less than 14 days before the start date, 50% of total course fees will be refunded (excluding the registration fee); less than 24 hours of course commencement 20% of total course fee will be refunded (excluding the registration fee). Fees will not be reimbursed if the participant arrives late or departs before the end of their program. No refunds will be made after you have commenced studying.

Courses will not commence until full payment has been received.

Course fees are not transferable to another person or institution.

 

Insurance

Students are not insured by Australia English Institute of Communication (AEIOC). The student must take out insurance against cancellation, accidents, injury, illness, loss of property, theft or any accidental damage to the participant’s property or damage caused by the participant to the property of others.     AEIOC   teachers and host families will not accept responsibility for any injury or damage to any person or property of participants during the course.

 

Confirmation

All course confirmation details and other relevant information, will be sent after full fees have been received.
